Every bit of you is pretty damn amazing, so keep your head up and focus on the feelings of love, compassion & gratitude. Pure Hot Yoga is thankful for each and every one of you and for the gifts you all bring into our lives. Here are a few updates from around the studio....

1) We have added more times to move with you. Starting January 16, you can book in for: 

Warm Flo with Sarah Macleod 
Wednesdays: 8:00pm-900pm 
Warm Flo with Ali Allen 
Thursdays: 6:30am - 7:30am 

2) Please sign up for upcoming Valentines Day Workshop with Kristine and Michelle.

February 12, 2023
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

This workshop will work on building and exploring connection, communication, support, movement and proprioception with your partner. Please join us to REBUILD connection and community.

3) And finally remember it is good to feel all the feels and feel good in yoga class because of its characteristic movement, breath, and rhythm.
Yoga uses tension and release and breath to process, unwind and change long-held patterns of feeling and emotion, including fear, happiness, sadness, and anxiety.
When the modern world can be rushed and alienating……
Yoga invites you back to humanity , which includes not only your body, or physical self, but you as an emotional being.
