Yoga Is For Everyone


Yoga is not about extreme flexibility or moving your muscles and spine into fancy shapes.
It's about breathing, finding inner strength through meditation, and creating freedom in the body with basic yoga poses.

So if you are you new to yoga or don’t have the mobility to comfortably flow, but you want to build a strong, aligned practice: try TRADITIONAL with Liana. It's a great way to build technique, challenge your body, but slow down and follow one posture at a time.  

Or try flowing with Eddy or Shauna for a slower paced, mindful, articulate class to build your skills and strength.  
Bonus if you can add Yin/Nidra into your practice with Caitlin and Lauren to balance out your other athletic activities. Soon enough you will be well on your way to a calmer, happier, more self-confident YOU! See you on the mat this week Pure Fam.
